Situation
At Rolling Hills Preparatory School (RHP), email is a critical communication tool among faculty, students, and parents. It’s imperative that email is consistently available and working correctly. RHP’s email service was reliant on in-house Exchange software running on outdated hardware. As a result, their email service was unreliable and the downtime was unacceptable.
